72 Hour Warranty On Health
This is a Binding Contract to protect the Seller, Buyer and Puppy or Dog. This Contract
covers your puppy only. Seller will not be responsible for any associated charges for animal after animal has left the Seller's
( such as any vet bills, etc.) Buyer must have the animal checked by a Licensed veterinarian within the first 72 Hours of
purchase, if this is not done in a timely manner, this warranty (contract) is VOIDED! Seller warrants this animal to be healthy
at time of Purchase.
General Terms and Conditions:
1.)Return of animal or replacement of an animal must be during the 72 hour period. Buyer will have a signed statement by
a Licensed Vet stating why the animal is in poor health risk.(Life altering health trouble). Buyer must contact the Seller
the same day. (Buyer is responsible for all travel Charges)
2.)Seller does not in any way warranty this animal will be
show or breeder quality. We can try to give a guess to size at full growth by charts available to seller but this is not in
stone. Seller does not warranty the size of animal.
3.)Should a licensed Vet find a life altering illness to cause the
out come to be death, and you wish to use the warranty, Buyer must bring back the warranty papers, a signed statement from
the Licensed Vet about the findings, and all regisitration papers or application paper and the buyer agrees to sign any and
all papers to return ownership of animal back to seller.
4.)Under No circumstance should a Cash refund be exchanged!
5.)Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE! NO EXCEPTIONS!
6.)Shots and worming are given to animal at Sellers Home. We will give
you Documentation on what the animal has been given. We will not be responsible for any charges due to your Vet doubting Seller
and regiving animal its shots or death of the animal if overloaded.
7.)Seller warrants any Major genetic defects one
year from animals birth. Lung, heart, kidney, i.e. Should animal die due to any major genetic defects an autopsy from a State
License Vet lab is required for replacement of animal.
SELLER DOES NOT WARRANTY HYPOGLYCEMIA!
8.)No Refunds on allergies, incompatibilty, or landlord trouble.
9.)Seller reserves the right
to refuse replacement of animal for temperment or problems caused by Buyer (owner) negligence or abuse.
10.)The Buyer
agrees to maintain the puppy's health...Please note Puppies receive at least their first set of shots with me. Your Puppy
is NOT Proctected at this time from diseases such as Parvo, Distemper, etc. a puppy needs at least 4 sets of full shots to
be protected. You must continue the shots and protect your puppy from areas that could be Contaminated. The breeder has done
Everything possible to Produce a healthy Puppy.
