DUE TO A LOT OF FAKE CASHIER CHECK'S AND MONEY ORDER'S. IF YOU HAVE NOT HEARD THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE
OUT THERE PASSING BAD MONEY ORDERS AND CASHIER CHECKS (SCAM'S); TO HOLD A PUPPY OR ADULT, I WILL TAKE PAYMENT
WITH PAY PAL OR A U.S. POSTAL MONEY ORDER, OR CASH. BALANCE OF PUPPY AND SHIPPING TO BE PAID IN THE FORM OF A U.S. POSTAL
MONEY ORDER. ALSO DUE TO PUPPIES STAYING HERE LATER THEN 8 WEEKS OLD, THE PUPPY IS TO BE PAID IN FULL BY THE AGE OF 8 WEEKS
OLD. IF THE PUPPY IS STILL HERE AND NOT PAID, I WILL NEED FOR IT TO BE PAID OR THE PUPPY WILL BE PUT BACK UP FOR SALE. THIS
IS NOT FARE TO THE PUPPY TO NOT GO TO HE OR SHE'S NEW HOME.
TO HOLD YOUR PUPPY: I take a HOLD PAYMENT of $200 NON-REFUNDABLE to hold your CHIHUAHUA puppy, For
a PAPILLON PUPPY the TO HOLD IS $200 and it's NON-REFUNDABLE. This price is to hold and got to the puppy price also.
I think by the time you put your Payment to hold (DEPOSIT), we will have talked by email or Phone several times. So
when the PAYMENT is placed you are sure about purchasing this puppy. Therefore, I do not REFUND the PAYMENT
just because you changed your mind or found another puppy some where else. The Payment was given in good faith
and that you wanted this puppy. When that PAYMENT is recieved that puppy is SOLD. If for some reason something unforeseen
happens to the puppy ( ill or pass away) while under my care then Your PAYMENT will be refunded to you,( this is
the only way I will refund a payment) or you are more than welcome to put it on another puppy of your choice up to a
1 ( one ) year time limit for date of Payment. Last but not Least puppies are SOLD First PAYMENT recieved it is
SOLD(Meaning I can not hold a puppy with out a deposit, once you tell me the PAYMENT is in the Mail) I will give
5 working days for it to get to my home. But you must say the PAYMENT is in the mail or the puppy will not be Placed
on hold. I am adding this to the information page. I will not refund the PAYMENT because after you put the PAYMENT
to hold a puppy and you thought about it and you don't think you have time for it or something came up and you can't
get it right now, or it was a mistake. By the time you have put this money down on that puppy I have told more then 1 other
person the puppy was on hold or sold. So I have lost a person who may have loved to have that puppy and now has
looked else where for a new family member. To hold a puppy and take it off the market all I ask for is the deposit
now if you decide you would like to pay as the puppy grows that is fine but if for some reason before the puppy is ready to
leave for your home something comes up and you can't get the puppy I will not refund the money paid on the puppy. I can either
hold the puppy for a few extra weeks or the payments put on the puppy can be put on another puppy when available ( I
will honor this for up to One (1) year from deposit date). I hope you understand I put alot of time into my puppies
and this was a commintment you have made. Thank You . Jamie

Please Read my Deposit and
Contract page and if you are wanting to put a deposit on a puppy. Please print out my deposit and contract and sign and
mail back to me. I will in return make a copy of it and give you a copy for your records.
I do Ship, if I ship a puppy the puppy Must be paid in full plus shipping charges a week before shipping. The
fee for shipping is extra and not included in the puppy price unless I STATE that it is. I much rather use CONTINENTIAL,
when I can, Delta is the other Airline I use..Due to the change in many prices for shipping, My Health Certificates
have gone up too, so The price for shipping is from $250 or $320, that includes the Airline ticket, the
crate, and the Health Certificate, I also put insurance on each puppy. The Price for shipping can change without notice but
will only change if the price changes at the Airlines, Last price change ***( as of January 2008 the price has changed
to $250 for Continental Ailrines) and April 7, 2008 for Delta! Also the Continental
price is for a puppy and kennel together weight total of 9 pounds or less. If its a older pup or dog and the total weight
is more then 9 pounds.Sorry for the change in shipping but this is what I have to pay to ship the puppy or dog.
If for some reason you have to send the dog or puppy back: Please Note that
the Buyer is RESPONSIBLE for all expense to return the Puppy or Dog. After you have received your dog or puppy, should it
be necessary for the pet to be returned, The cost of shipping (airfare, Health certificate and or crate) will be the
responsibility of the Purchaser. I also accept NO Responsiblity for Vet bills while the pet is in the Possession of the Buyer
(purchaser).
